Consultation Phase
After our discussions
with you, we prepare a
project brief based on
your personal
requirements, budget,
land & design
preferences.

Preliminary
Quote

WHAT
YOU NEED: |
Contour Plan |
Once you have selected
your floor plan/design,
Ezy Homes provide a
preliminary quotation to
supply either a frame
only or full materials
kit.

4. |
Preliminary
Agreement
|
WHAT
YOU NEED: |
Finance &
budget in place |
Upon acceptance of the
preliminary quote, we
ask that clients enter a
preliminary agreement to
draft plans and to pay a
$2,000 deposit towards
their kit home.

5. |
Design &
Drafting Phase
Our drafting team take
your project brief and
prepare site plans,
floor plans, and
elevations. Clients are
able to make changes to
their plans - we don't
charge to do redrafts,
it's part of our
process.

6. |
Final Quotation
A
final quotation may be
required if structural
changes are made to the
house plan during the
Design Phase, otherwise
the preliminary quote
will become the final
quotation.

7. |
Agreement to
Supply
At this point, plans &
pricing have been
accepted - so an
agreement to supply a
frame or full kit is
entered into.

8. |
Working Drawings
& Council Documents

WHAT
YOU NEED: |

Our drafting team now
produce working drawings
and obtain engineering,
certification, & the
other documents required
for council submission.

9. |
Local Council
Submission
Document are submitted
by the client, with Ezy
Homes providing full
assistance through the
council process.
|
|
10. |
Construction
Phase
Once council approval
has been received,
clients can commence
their site works & pour
footings. Footing
heights are read,
allowing for the steel
frame to be manufactured
and supplied to site. A
kit deposit is payable
at this time, with the
balance due upon
delivery to your site.

Once you have selected

construct your new home
to the stage that suits
you. If you are
building a non-standard
design, this pricing is
an accurate estimate,
which can be confirmed
once your plans are
drafted.

Agreement
Upon acceptance of the
preliminary quote, we
ask that clients enter a
preliminary agreement to
draft plans and to pay a
$2,000 deposit towards
their new home.

Design &

inclusions have been
finalised, we obtain
builders quotes to
construct your new home.

Contract Phase

WHAT
YOU NEED: |
Finance
& budget in
place |
At this point, plans &
pricing have been
accepted - so a HIA or
MBA contract is entered
into. Each client
goes to contract
directly with their
builder. A 5%
deposit is payable to
your builder upon
signing of your
contract.

Working Drawings
& Council Documents
Our drafting team now
produce working drawings
and obtain engineering,
certification, & the
other documents required
for council submission.
Along with your builders
contract, you'll also
need to supply these
documents to your
lender.

9. |
Local Council
Submission
Your builder submits
documents to your local
council and manages the
approval process for
you.
|
|
10. |
Construction
Phase
Once council approval
has been received, your
builder can commence the
site works & pour the
footings. Footing
heights are read,
allowing for the steel
frame to be manufactured
and supplied to site.
Then once construction
starts, your next stage
payment of will be
due.
